My introduction to chiropractic began during my teenage years. At the time I was a keen indoor volleyballer, and trained up to 5 times a week and as a result suffered from chronic neck pain and shoulder pain.

I was exposed to multiple musculoskeletal practitioners, but it was not until I went to a chiropractor that I experienced the greatest results. My neck pain and sleep patterns improved as the tossing and turning ceased.

I completed my double degree in Chiropractic in 2010 and graduated with first class honors. Over this time I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and passion for my profession and make it my aim to connect with people to help them pursue their goals and return to activities that have previously been limited by pain or poor function.

My clinical focus is in family care from children to the elderly. It is never too late or too early to start looking after your body and health.

I utilize techniques of manual adjusting, activator, blocking, soft tissue therapies and rehabilitation, tailoring what is needed for each patient.

Outside of clinic you’ll find me frequenting the many parks and playgrounds in Perth with my two young daughters. Green time with my kids is wonderful for my mental health and instills in them the importance of body movement and play!
